Clubsport Maintenance checks

Can anyone supply a list of maintenance checks that should be carried out
on a Clubsport between trackdays. At present we change the oil after two trackdays.

Don't know of anything specific, just the obvious things for any race car.
1) a good visual inspection for any cracks in the suspension, worn rose joints, bushes, tyre/wheel damage etc.
2) check the chain tension and lube
2) oil, water, electrics etc.

Every once in a while give the chassis a good look for cracks and damage as these may not become apparent until it is too late!
