New PR6 fitted with Nik links (anti roll bars I guess!) I take it the ones supplied on the car would be the medium strength variety?
Where & why would you need the other option available? ie. soft / hard.
Having qualified in the damp with the roll bars connected to reasonable effect with very little time in the car. Then not knowing any different I disconnected both of them for the very wet race, as that was what everyone else seemed to be doing.
To my mind the car did not have as good a handling balance without them?

Nik link bars basically double the spring loading i.e. if you have 300lbs springs the bar will increase them to around 600lbs (roughly - rule of thumb) Removing them for the wet just makes the car very very soft which is ideal for the wet conditions. Personally I removed my permantly but you can't just remove them and expect the car to work, you have to do some testing time to get the car back again.
