Prosport wheels - info needed

Hi,

Wonder if the Prosport owners can help me out. I need the following information on the Prosport wheels if possible (both front and rear)

Width
Offset

Also how thick is the knock on adapter plate?

Just the rim width would be great, I can work the rest out from my wheels.
