Generally I think it's hard to know what condition the expensive bit (engine) is going to be in! So you would need to look for something with a documented history, very recent refresh or warranty (no idea what radical offer if anything). I would certainly be very picky on seeing a proper history or log of use!

The rest is prob reasonably ok and inspectable.
