ZZR1100 standard to full power?

Any ideas of the total package of uprated bits and bobs it requires to take a standard ZZR1100 to a full on power extreme/powertec version? - running reliable ish power

Depends if you believe the powertec claims for their top 1100cc engine From what I've seen on my old engine it had mild porting, different cams/timing and flatside carbs..oh and the later ones had different ECU (ignition only)

Have you looked at the big bore kits? might be a cheap"er" way to more power.

Just thinking about running a spare motor and just looking at options and prices..pity you sold yours :-(

If I was running a spare, get a 2nd engine off ebay. Rebore, get the head flowed properly (I know a man that can do that) maybe cams regrind. Won't cost the earth and you'll have a good engine. Only grey area is rods and pistons as these can be a weekness on a older engine.

I've got a big bore ZZR1100 motor that has come out of a clubsport that i bought as a spare, that i might want to sell. will depend on my racing plans for next season,if your not in a rush for a motor i will know what i'm doing in a couple of weeks.
