New SR3 Aero pack
Discussion
Hi,
Does anyone know where I could get to see a close-up of the new SR3 Aero pack apart from visiting the factory? I would like to speak to anyone who races this set-up to establish how effective it is compared to the 'old set-up' before I decide to commit to an upgrade for next season.
Thanks,
Myd

Hi Tony,
Well broke a damper on the test day plus my high pressure fuel pump gave in. It was around 11pm on Sat night that I got hold of 2 dampers from a 1970's Davrian along with its high pressure fuel pump. Put it together but it handled dreadfully (as you would expect) and the fuel mixture was not good, took a huge gamble to drive it.
However, still managed 2nd quickest, led the 1st race for 3 laps but car was under performing so I pulled into the pits before end of the race. 2nd race I jumped from 5th on the grid to 2nd by the 1st corner, just watch the link below....it was a tight squeeze..!

Again retired before end of race to avoid any damage to the engine. It will be back on form very shortly and with Mark Fisher - GH Racing's expert hand with the engine tuning I have no doubt that next year will be very interesting for my season challenge.
As for the new Aero Pack, I will give you a call soon for a chat on what you thought of the car's performance.
Thanks,
Myd
