michelin slicks

hi,
i have been given a set of michelin 16/53/R13 (measure 175wide tread) fronts and 20/54/R13 rear in s308 (medium to soft) compound to try.
half worn from FRenault/FBMW teams.
Anybody have any experiences with these tyres. i pressume i will need to reset my ride heights and add alot more camber going from crossply to radial?
