Prosport rear wing mounting
Discussion
not sure if I have done it right, but try here http://community.webshots.com/user/gr for pics of the car showing the 2 seat conversion and the fitting of the rear wing. I am assuming it's the standard prosport hardware underneath.
Let me know if the pics work or not!

Hey Graham
I like the look of your 2 seat conversion, may have a go at tackling it myself on my clubsport.
What are the main obstacles to overcome in the conversion or is it fairly straightforward?
My guess is the original 2 seat unit is too wide and there will have to be a modification to either the seat unit itself or the bodywork/bodyframe?
The fire ext. will also need to be repositioned, where has yours gone?
I presume the repositioning of the gearchange lever shouldn't be difficult?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Alex.

I think it's quite straight forward although I didn't do mine! I think the seat is unmodded. I think the tubing was modded slightly to fit the runners. The gear linkage has a sideways extension, the steering column is moved. The fire extinguisher is under the seat on the LHS. The cutoff switch is moved to the dash. Not sure how much the body is modded, clearly the roll hoop to body triangulation pieces are moved and made removable to allow the front bodywork to come off.
It was done by Van Kaiser at Slipstream racing. I was going to get a car and get him to convert it, but in the end I bought VAn's car that he had already done. Might be easier to get him to do it as he knows how rather than re-inventing the wheel!
