Radicals at Donington, lots of penalties?

Just heard the results of the last race (on TSL live timing) and there were quite a few time penalties for (I presume) track limits. Anyone know if this is anywhere specific? Has the new MSV ownership created some no-go areas, such as being adventurous at Old Hairpin?
