my new clubsport has what I think is called the dry-break refueling system. It has a petrol container that you push on and a breather that you also push on the let the air out.
I filled up for the first time yesterday and all seemed ok until it er filled up. Then I got a big puddle on the floor. I assume this is no sposed to happen!
Anyone any ideas about this? Do I have a leak or lack of technique. I assume that the dry bit is sposed to be exactly that.
Unfortunately I didn't get to try out my new steed at Brands today for some rather pathetic reasons. Hey ho. At least it's full for the next time :-))

Graham, you pump out the fuel using the pump, your car may have a drain valve fitted to the fuel line? If not these are available from Radical & save taking the fuel hose off near the hot exhaust!!
You only want to run with a minimum fuel load as it all adds to the loads you are subjecting the car to.
