I own an SR3-RSX (2015) and owned an SR3 (2012) before that. I also own an RXC Spyder.
Here are my initial thoughts:
Completely different driving style and feel. The RXC requires serious throttle control - you touch the throttle and it kicks hard. On the SR3 you can flat foot it without issue. Heating the tires requires very aggressive driving on the RXC - specifically, the front tires take work to get heat into.
The SR3 is flat and balanced. The RXC has some roll to it. You can muscle an SR3 around the track, where that is not possible (at least for me) on the RXC. I find that my two years of SR3 experience have made the learning curve on the RXC difficult as I'm not used to driving a high horsepower car anymore.
Benefits of the RXC is in a mixed class race is not being left at the start (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3s6UydBrW14)
Benefits of the RXC - maintenance is wonderful! No engine rebuilds (my SR3 is down for 4 months for an engine rebuild since I'm based in Austin, Texas). I feel safer in the RXC as its bigger.
If you have any other questions ask away.
