Looking for previous owner of Scottish SR3 sold in 2009

I'm looking for the previous owner from Scotland of this Radical SR3 currently for sale on the continent. He sold his Radical (build date April 2004) in 2009 to the current owner.
According to current owner the previous owner used his Radical once or twice a year on the same track (Goodwood or something similar like a non-permanent track).
It had full lighting equipment from the factory but the head lights had been removed prior to sale as the current owner told me going from memory.
Rear part of the body work is probably different today as the current owner replaced some of it but the fixed part (around the roll hoop) is the original part.
Rear wing is alloy, a glassfibre one is included.
It has air jacks too and the standard brakes (i.e. non floating)

What I am most interested in is whether it was ever road registered.

The original front clam is visible on the first picture in the background i.e. in the back of the trailer.
It carries the same blue stripes as the roll hoop.
