perhaps based on the last Juno versus the world question, we think that Juno wins?

Currently looking at RCX but based on previous experience this is the most useless of places to get any helpful advice,I stand to be corrected but doubt it.

I've owned various SR3 for ~10 years and had the chance to drive an RXC Spyder at Sebring earlier this year. I can say that my experience is that the Spyder was a lot like driving just a bigger SR3. Seemed very forgiving and easy to drive. Super quick in a straight line.

I've had a little experience working on a few, and naturally they are more complicated compared to an SR3. Not to the level of an LMP2 car, but the racing gearbox, turbos, etc do need care and feeding. Seems like it would make a better car than any other GT3 machinery in terms of performance and running costs. No experience compared to an LMP3 car. GT3 and LMP3 is really where it should be compared IMO, but I'm just a punter......

Have owned and raced a Clubsport, Prosport and had a road legal SR3. Just recently test driven the RXC on the road and on the Silverstone GP circuit. On the track it was on a completely different level to anything I have driven or raced on track. As has already been said just like the previous generation Radicals, set up to be easy to drive on or near the limit. The aero and mechanical grip is also a big step up. On the road it is much better than my SR3 but still a race car and you have to make some compromises. I have also owned an Ultima GTR and the road experience is similar, very raw but that's not a criticism it is in fact one of the good things about it but this may not be for everyone. Hope this answers some of your questions.

Cheers guys useful stuff there,so a grown up SR3 with a roof. I've had an SR3 RS and loved it, I just worried about the strength of components in the long term as I do a lot of track day mileage.

I was hoping that the RXC would be a refined SR3 on the grown up side albeit still a Race Car.I would still use the car predominantly for road blats and maybe a few track days when I don't want to tow the Juno. I've also had an Ultima and would expect the Radical to be easier to live with and a lot sharper in the handling department. Maybe I should drive one?

Thanks

Baz

I have one- and love it. Please feel free to email me directly to answer your questions or ask Jon at Radical for a test drive. Of all the top car companies I dealt with recently they are the most obliging.

Drive one on the road and on the track, you won't sleep afterwards until you own one
