Brake pads and Life question

Hi there, wondering what the views are on pad choices and sources for a PR6 with the Radical Hi Spec calipers and floating discs. 20min sprint races so rapid warm up and performance favoured over longevity.

Matching makes front and rear or mixed as I've heard in some quarters??

I'm also looking for a LIFE ECU download lead and the "power" lead that fits the circular 2 pin plug in my loom and connects with croc clips to the battery to power the Paoili fuel drain.
