Ride Height

I have a new 2013 SR3 and am on a 2.7 mile road course. I would like to have somebody give me a good heads up on optimum chassis ride height? Then where do I measure the chassis ride height from? I understand after I do set chassis ride height I can adjust the front splitter height, so what's its best height once chassis is set?
