Told you so, and by the way, the spring rates I have now are slightly different to the ones I had told you, since I now have a lighter body on the car, it's 225lbs in the front and 250 in the rear. ;-)

Really enjoyed those James - thanks for sharing. Makes sprinting on nice open UK race circuits seem a little tame..

One must use the tools given to him no? We don't have a track, so we race on half decent roads instead ;-)

Not really, occasionally the fronts but very rarely. I use Protec shocks, which I found to be quite good with a wider shaft, aluminum and .5 kgs lighter per shock than the AVO s ;-)
