Radical rear view mirrors for the road

My SR3 has rather small and low Racetech mirrors fitted, which although very solid in construction result in me being able to see sod all out of them...especially the nearside mirror which is completely hidden by the carbon wind deflector.

I've seen a number of cars with different types of mirrors fitted on much longer stems than mine (mine are about 6cm). Anyone know where to get these from? Don't really want to stump up for the carbon items on Radical! I've been on Demon Tweaks etc and can't seem to find anything with longer straight stems that are adjustable? If I could buy some longer stems even (m5 threaded tube) that'd work!

Any suggestions welcome as I really need rear visibility, especially on the road.
