Good Radical Specialist in Surrey?

I'm wondering if there is one in Surrey. I'm in Effingham area and was thinking it would be good to have a garage who can do geo and general upkeep and maintenance on the sr3. Anyone got any good suggestions? What do other people do?

Probably best to find a race team who might be interested in helping out.

There's Van Kaiser (Slipstream Racing) in Datchett. He knows as much as anyone I suspect. He's talked of retiring now and doesn't do that much, but has certainly run a couple of SR1s this year.

I don't know if they have any Radical experience, but they prepare and run all types of cars for teams and individuals alike.

Hi Mark,

We come down to Longcross test track in Surrey Once a month with my 6th Gear Operation. Both of my mechanics are fully Radical experienced and run my race team (Supreme Racing). It may be an option that you could bring the car down to the track when we are there and they could do any work you needed then?

I'll give the garage a try as they are less than a mile from my house. Andy, ideally I want someone to check over the car and advise me of anything that needs looking at in general and to check the car periodically? Are you saying I should bring the car over to you initially for a once over??

Hi Mark,

Yes we can do that for you if you like. Were down at the track next weekend (Fri 15th & Sat 16th)if that fits in with you? We are then usually there the last weekend of every month.

If I can't make this month, I may well give you a shout for next (the track is 18 miles from my house...such a shame it doesn't open for public track days).
