On wheel telemetry with AIM System

I recently swapped from an '06 SR3 with Farringdon on-wheel telemetry, to an '09 SR3 RS with the AIM system and centre-mounted dash. Now being that I'm not particularly keen on the dash being out of my sight-line, and not finding the AIM wheel particularly appealing, I wanted to ask around and see what my options were. I saw one guy in the US who had grafted the entire AIM dash onto his wheel, but that may be a bit excessive (and scary given the cost of the dash). I'm looking to have a sequential shift light, and a predictive lap-timer at the very least, everything else I can look on the dash for.

Any creative ideas?
