I have been running my rear wing at the middle setting for a while. For a short course I have increased the wing down by one hole. I can't say I have noticed much of a difference. What sort of settings do you guys run and is it worth while to play with the settings?

I remember reading somewhere that cranking it right up made the line from No Aero to Aero easier to find.

I have the L-Shaped Sideplates and anything more than the second hole from the bottom makes the wing look stupid (that is the technical term) so I just leave it in the second hole up from flat/no angle. I do have a carbon Winglet maxed out though.

I wonder how much difference it makes.......

Simon........what setting do you run you wing at? Unless that is proprietary information of course..... wink

From the (very) teeny amount (I think) I know (from someone mightily learned who regularly looks in on here when he's not pre-occupied elsewhere wrecking supersoft Avons hehe), I should say that setting/relationship is about right Ron .....

As long as you've got the DRS set up right wink

I run with the main element flat always then adjust the 2nd element to suit

That was exactly what I was thinking. By flat I assume you mean the mid position?

I mean flat, no idea what you mean by mid position?

Midposition when it comes to the adjustment holes on the rear wing. I am pretty sure the mid position is flat but I will measure it to make sure.
