Advice needed from SR3 high down force owners please.

Needing some advice from other SR3 down force owners please.
Due to a small off at the end of last season we have picked up all the parts for high down force set up on our SR3 and have spent the last couple of months weekends fitting these parts.
We have fitted the front diffuser and was advised by the guy we purchased it from that the front leading edge needs to be higher than the rest, which we have done. However there is now quit a larger gap at the front than when we had the non high down force set up on it. Have run string lines along the side of the car and the rear part of the diffuser is in line with the side skirts.
As the diffuser sits up to the crash box there does not seem to be a significant opportunity to lower the angle or get it that wrong.
Can any one offer there advise or even share some pictures if so will give you an email address.
