It is great to read how helpful Radical was when you purchased your car.
I wish they would be as helpful when one needs some technical advise regarding their cars. I have send Radical a total of four e-mails asking for some technical advise. None of them have ever been reponded to!
Naturally I do not contact the big R anymore for any parts or repair issues.
Don't get me wrong I love my SR3 but their technical support for an overseas customer who needs to comunicate via e-mail has been shocking.

They are very helpful on the phone. I recommend asking for Simon for parts and Ben for Technical Advice. They are extremely efficient on the phone. A friend of mine in Malta where I come from has had parts delivered to Malta the day after he ordered them. I wish they would be as helpful when one needs some technical advise regarding their cars. Having said that, what alternatives have you found? Always good to have more options! Cheers.
I agree with how efficient they are in sending out parts ordered on line. Fastes service I have ever seen!
They still do not answer e-mails regarding technical issues. Surprising considering how good they are in their other departments.
I will try to use the phone next time, that might be the way to go.
