I had for a while a 2004 road going SR3 bought as a project more or less rebuilt it then sold it on, to be honest I couldn't see a huge amount of difference between a race one, (please correct me if I'm wrong as I'm no expert) what I'd say was/is different were the position of the mirrors, rear wing it was fibreglass with small end plates, hand brake on the right hand side of the drivers seat think it had some extra brackets welding to chassis to attach it to, hand brake light on dash, horn, full lighting set front and rear, number plates plus a light for rear plate and different rear uprights to accept the hand brake calipers, will also need an exhaust with a cat to pass emissions (mine passed without a cat somehow)!!
Engine brakes suspension were all standard as were oil and water system.
Think that's it, I used it a couple of times on the road just to take people who came to see it not the best car for road use unless the road was super smooth needs to run a much higher ride height as you can imagine.

Just to add a few more bits to the list above.
The road going version came with rubber covers over all the front and rear clam and side pod fixings. It had a squashy foam bit on the steering wheel centre. All sharp edges were protected e.g. aeroscreen edge, forward facing edges of bodywork etc. I would imagine it went for IVA without the rear wing being fitted. It came with softer springs and shock absorbers to suit higher ride height. It was also fitted with road compound brake pads, not race pads (imagine using a stone cold race pad on the road when the car in front stops suddenly, straight into the back of him). Obviously on road legal (Dunlop Dirreza) tyres. Also, as already mentioned, a silencer incorporating a cat.
It was also fitted with a 1300 wet sumped angine not that you would have to change that to make it road legal. It didn't have forward facing roll bar stays, nor a fire extinguisher, again I don't see either of those being a problem for an IVA.
