Slicks for sprinting SR3

Can anyone recommend some slicks for an SR3SL (same size as RS abd V8) which warm up really quickly for 1 lap sprints?

If so, where to get them etc

Either Avons from BMTR or Yokohamas from Bridge Tyres. I've run both and there's not much in it, but the Yokos are cheaper and don't fall to bits as much as the Avons. However, I just looked up the weight of the SR3 SL and it's nearly double the weight of the ADR, so I'd go with Yokos. Of course, that'll mean you definitely can't run in roadgoing, which an SR3 SL has done before.

There really is only one option for SR3 15/16" wheels.

Avon A15 from BMTR.

They had a batch made last year for my SR8 and they work beautifully.

Speak to David Wooton in the race dept and he'll sort you out (just be prepared to pay the thick end of £1200 for a set).

They also have A53 in the same sizes which is a lovely compound for shortish races (OSS) or track day use. Because of higher sales volumes, these are a good bit cheaper than A15.
