I think I'm right in saying that the Club Cup boys haven't used their wets yet on race day. The friday trackday at Donington was torrential, but the test day the day before was dry!

I've got a set of 13" 4-bolt Image wheels for sale with a basically brand new set of Dunlop wets on them for sale (done 1x lap of local sprint track at practice session), if anyone's interested?

Slightly OT, but what is the current best Wet Tyre make out there for 20-30min circuit racing assuming you had free choice of manufacturer and size and budget that is. Do i dare mention the words .....Michelin? laugh

The Radical Dunlops are stunningly good. Take a look at the lap times at any wet race where Radicals are racing, Combe GTs, any round of the OSS this year

Not sure if that was meant tongue in cheek or not but I found Matador wets to have far less grip than the Dunlops.

Dunc.

Hi Dunc,

I found them to be more than useless at one test before we binned them!!!

The Dunlop wets are great, hoping for some rain this weekend!!

[quote=Myd]Hi Josh, do you still have your PR6? Still developing it?

Hi Myd,

Yeah we still have the PR6 at the college, got into the mid 5s at Combe in our first proper dry weekend. Everything seems to be working pretty well now, koni shocks and the aero package have made it very good.

Just lacking in some straight line grunt now, will have to see what the winter brings.

How's the 4 progressing??

Apparently, they lasted forever, which probably tells us everything we really need to know?
