A week at Zandvoort and Spa
Discussion
Just back from a week at both these circuits with the SR3 ... and whilst everybody (me included) raves about Spa, I'd seriously urge anybody who hasn't been to grab any opportunity they can to drive the full Zandvoort circuit too!
Long, twisty, hilly (!), with loads of camber changes, it is totally fantastic! Took me a day to recover from the aching neck, shoulders and hands. 11/10
Spa of course was also superb. In a Radical though, I sort of enjoyed full power through Pouhon and Blanchimont more than Eau Rouge. But maybe I'm just odd?

Agreed, Zandvoort is an excellent track.
It was my first time at both tracks and initially I preferred Zand because you're cornering 90% of the time whereas Spa has a few more straight ('ish) sections but by the end of the 2 days, it was an even match.
Only wish I had organised to have my slicks taken over as having driven my SR3 there, had to drive on my road tyres all the time and they are looking a bit worse for wear.
Andrew, it was good to meet up with you and Gilly. No doubt see you again at a track meet.
