Best after market Data Dash/Instrumentation for Radical?

I want to upgrade my old standard dash to something more fancy that:
a) I actually can see in bright light or low light
b) Has acoustic/visual warnings for exceeding motor parameters
c) Allows for track data recording with GPS (no beacon system)
d) Is easy to handle (I do not want to spend huge hours installing and learing a very complex system)
d) Not too expensive (I know I'm pushing it)
Any recommendations, experiences? I like the Farrington steering wheel display for its clear display but know very little about it. What system can be installed in the Radical SR3 without too much fiddeling arround? Any feedback would be appreciated.
