Howdoo? Never posted here before, I'm normally over on the Caterham bit.
Anyway, I'm wondering if some one can tell me how the second set of cams on the Powertec RPA engine is driven?
One of the Hayabusa heads is reversed, so the cam pullies will be at the opposite end of the cam chain, right? How is the reversed head cams driven? confused

TIA
Mick. smile

Hi Dan, thanks for your reply.
Is the idler gear driven from the crank, then a chain from the idler gear to the cams?
Is there anywhere I can see a picture of the setup?

Cheers,
Mick.

Hi Mick,

Yes, there is a gear on the crank that then drives the cam chain gear, will double check in the morning to confirm!

No pictures available that I know of.

May I ask why your interested?
