Another Farringdon query????

Tried my PR6 for the first time yesterday, didn't want to stop ;-) Anyway, had a problem that I had to constantly set the brightness to full bright, as when performing tight left turns, the brightness level goes to full dim, thus I will be unable to see anything unless I turn up the brightness, obviously taking quite some time in the meantime. Any ideas, apart from checking the connection?
