Brake calipers
Discussion
The callipers fitted to Clubsport were Wilwood Dynalite. They're made in two halves (left and right), with a spacer to fit between the two halves for thicker (vented) discs. It should be possible to make a non-spaced caliper to fit a vented disc with the appropriate parts, these being,
- Spacers to suit
- Longer socket cap head bolts
- O-ring seals (to fit between caliper half and spacer, where the fluid gallery crosses from one side to the other.
You should be able to get all these spares from Rally Design

They will also sell you all the bits to refurb the callipers, such as pistons, seals, bleed nipples etc, if you need them.
Mind you, when you've done all that, you might find it more economical to buy new

Many thanks for the input. All i actually need is the spacers, the fluid gallery is not internal but externally joined by conventional brake pipes which will not be a problem.
You'll definitely need to locate and have to hand the actual Wilwood Caliper Part No if you're going to contact Rallynuts - there are so many different calipers that W make and like Laurence says, all of the W calipers I've ever looked at on a Rad have internal fluid transfer; so said, if you can still get them, it should make those wider less complex spacers a bit cheaper/less costly with a bit of luck.
