SR4 Brake discs

Hi, I have an old SR4 which I use for track days and need to replace the front disc brakes. Anyone know what car they are from? I think they are Ford escort 240mm vented discs, but does anyone know the exact year and model.
These particular ones have 2 groves on each side also.

You should be able to find some on the tinternet with the grooves

Or go to Rally Design: http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product_info.php?cPat... who do them in all manner of grooves and holes, depending on your proclivities, at not too greedy a price.
