If you're competing under MSA regs, it has to comply with the Little Blue Book of Mysteries.

IIRC, fuel other than "Pump Fuel" as defined in Section B (Nomenclature) p 60 and Appendix 1 p64 requires individual and specific approval from the MSA. Remember that "Pump Fuel" is also limited to 100RON.
