Radical wrong
As I said on a previous post, I have small pegs of the couplers of the gearbox to the Quaife that it is not broken even after several hours of use. I therefore replace it and after driving less than an hour, I noticed the white dust near the Quaife. I check and I notice that the little pegs in their homes already are moving in the couplers. Information after a friend told me that this is caused by a misalignment box to speed Quaife.
I said that the car has only 800 miles so almost new. How to solve this problem because it starts to be annoying.

Have you spoken to Radical, did you buy the car new from them or is it a used car they are normally very helpful I'm no expert on the SR3 from your picture that's not right with the pegs breaking up, I have changed one quaife diff and you only fit it one way unless the spacers from the chassis to the diff are missing and that's making it not straight. SimonT or Splitpin will be along to offer more better advice soon, you do need to contact the factory if you can't solve this.

Most kind JPI, in fact too kind!I doubt there's much, in fact anything I could tell Mr T about Rads and that'll certainly be the case with SR3 Diffs; not only will Simon know it, he will almost certainly have been and gone and done it and as usefully, he'll know how to make it as quick and pain free as possible! Knowing it and having done it (successfully and with no bits left over!) is a truly unbeatable combo.
It's also good to see our Friends @ Peterborough stepping up to the plate/putting in an appearance on this; none better/forgotten more than most of us will ever know (or hopefully ever need); clearly something's amiss with such a young car.
Simon's not been on ROC Forum much of late and I for one very much look forward to the return of his highly expert and deeply experienced input; there's a lot of guys with SR3s who would benefit and be highly appreciative of same.
