Apparently, The Board were split right down the middle between you and Alex ..... apparently they called Brundle Snr to try to break the impasse ........... apparently he mentioned something about being OK with Alex doing it although he was a bit worried about ever so accidentally coming out with the R Word (plus website, full postal address and telephone number) halfway through a Grand Prix; notwithstanding that terrible danger, apparently the Big R decided to risk it and that's what swung it Alex's way.
