Don't think there's anything formal, but there are a few people I've heard of using V6 capri rear disks, calipers etc.
Are you sure you need them? The car's pretty light and there's some good aftermarket upgrades for the front brakes; some are so good that you end up having to reduce the size of the brake cylinders at the back to prevent lock up.
