Wolfrace wheels for mgb gt
Discussion
I got my eye on a set of wolfrace wheels on ebay form a reliant scimiter and will fit my mgb gt. What effects will they have over the standared steel wheels or doesnt it matter. I would like to lower it 2 inches this year aswel so would there be any problems about clearness on the wheel arches. Been looking for a set of wheels for a while and was going to get a set of minilites but these look better and havent seen many bs with them on. Advice would be appreciated

You'll find they go straight on the front but catch the arches on the rear as they have quite a large offset. PCD is the same at 4.5 inches but nut thread may be different, 'B is 7/16unf Scimitar may be 1/2unf. Wolfrace used to do two offsets of 6x14 slots, the inset one was the recommended one for the 'B and was supplied with spacers for the front along with special long nuts, but this wheel doesn,t look anywhere near as good as the outset deep dish wheel as fitted to Scimitars.
