I am in the process of rebuilding a 76 GT and also installing a K Series 1.8VVC.
I have sourced the engine, Ford T9 gearbox and a bellhousing from various sources.
Having just trial fitted the bellhousing to the engine it appears the bottom bolt holes don't line up?
The bellhousing has the letters "RDS" cast in.
Anyone heard of this make? Or can anyone advise if they have come across this problem - this conversion isn't that rare.
Some photos show the kit and marked in blue pen is where the bellhousing reaches.
Any advice appreciated.
It is my intention to catalogue parts and tips as it progresses - if anyone is interested.

12/25-
Merry Christmas-
I found your post during an internet search for a bellhousing.
I need a bellhousing to mate and MGB engine to a 6-speed S2000 gearbox.
Could you kindly tell me where you sourced your bellhousing.
Thanks, Lee

I sourced this on eBay - it is from Frontline Developments who do a "kit" for MGB and Spridget conversions. Caterham also do one.
These are for K series to Ford T9 gearboxes - not heard of a B series to your gearbox anywhere.
There is a wealth of info on various MG forums if you Google.
