hi, been looking at these as my new run about, and with the prices they are they seem good value.
I like the look, but can you remove the rear spoiler easily from the boot.??
Not difficult ~ they fetch good money on Ebay...I like the look, but can you remove the rear spoiler easily from the boot.??
Find a well maintained and cared for example, you'll be pleased with it and yes, exceptional value now.

if i recall the spoiler was a no-cost option, mos people preferred the evo style , less chose the boot lip style.
i once saw a black mk2 with both fitted.
personally i prefer the lip spoiler.
Yes, IIRC, when the family "specced" our new ZS back in 2003, I wanted a more high profile spoiler but was outvoted and we opted for this more discrete one. Glad they did in a way ~ my wife mainly drives this car and she found the larger, higher spoilers 'spoilt' her view through the rear window:~i once saw a black mk2 with both fitted.
personally i prefer the lip spoiler.

Buy a red one and I'll swap bootlids with ya.
Actually, thinking of buying a 180 myself for the days when I'm feeling even more impatient.
Holy thread revival Batman! Actually, thinking of buying a 180 myself for the days when I'm feeling even more impatient.
Did you get an MG ZS 180 Graham?
Still got the Wedge?? I miss mine.. choosing between a house & a 450 SEAC was so hard! The house won, & i had to watch my SEAC being driven away..
