Rover 1.4 16v K Series ECU upgrades?

Hi Everyone. A question for you.

Does anyone know of a firm/specialist that does upgraded ECU's/chips for the 1.4 16v k series?

I have a Rallycross stockhatch (rover metro 1.4 16v k series) and part of the regulations state that 'the standard type of ignition/engine management system must be retained but it is permitted to fit a modified 'chip'. It is not permitted to add additional ignition systems and 3D management systems are not permitted.'
