MGTF 160 heater

Has anyone experience of how to sort heater fan on a MGTF? We have only got use of the fan on setting 4. I am led to believe ther is a resistor that controlls this but where is it and how do I get to it (and where can I get a replacement{Maplins??})

The resistor pack is located behind the glove box near the heater motor, the resistors can be bought from eBay for about £5 if you are ok soldering them in yourself, alternativley you can pick the resistor packs up new for about £12. Its a very simple job and really really common, ive done both of mine last year.
