Possible soon to be MGB GT (1968) owner again, which insurance are you with?

Been quoted from Adrian Flux £115 fully comp, 5000 miles.

Peter Best - remind them the car is over 30 years old

Mine with them includes self agreed valuation, UK/Europe breakdown cover, unlimited mileage (don't be scared B owners) and I don't have a garage

Is your car Tartan Red with chrome wire wheels - just for statistics you understand smile

Peter Best well worth the cost of a phone call thumbup

Only if you limit your mileage to 1,500 or less and promise not to go out if it looks like it might rain - anywhere wink

Some of your future questions might be covered in Kentish threads in case you've forgotten what classic MG ownership is like, I know I had

P.S. Rosso is close but it's not Tartan think about a respray if you want to join the most popular group smile

I'm with Flux and it cost me around £135 this year but I asked Classic Line for a quote and they posted the quote to me which is a shame for both me and for them as I'd have taken their insurance at £95. I just thought they couldn't be bothered as they hadn't said they'd reply by post confused

I had my TVR with them and they are very good.

I'm with Footman James, unlimited mileage plus european breakdown for £145.

I thought that was rather cracking!

Pretty much the same here, was cheaper than most other companies who were limiting the mileage. (Although only doing about 2000 miles a year!)smile
