I'm looking to buy a windshield for an MGF. Can anyone tell me about the products offered by Trident Garages or Newtoncomm. To fit the first you have to drill, whereas the second uses existing screw holes.

Where have other people sourced windshields from. Have you been pleased with the result, and was it worth the money?

Don't have any experience of either of the above. Are they the black mesh type windstops? If so there is an alternative option which may interest you. Mike Satur in Rotherham has manufactured a very nice looking Glass Windstop. I have one of these and it's great, it is slightly less effective than the Mesh versions but looks a lot better, doesn't restrict rearward visability and is a lot easier to clean. Website for Mike is www.mikesatur.co.uk
