Now I have changed jobs space is becoming a premium and something has got to give so as the Mrs hardly uses it the lovely little Midget has to move on even though I a quite attached to it so it worth selling now or wait until spring?

Sell it in the spring you'll get more money... sell it now and you'll get a buyer who appreciates it more.

If you do wait until spring/summer, there will also be a lot more for sale, hence competition to find a buyer.......
