MG Parts Centre - eBay shop - anyone used them?

Friend of mine ordered some leather seat coverings as he is retrimming his Spitfire. Goods were ordered over 30 days ago, they have not arrived, cannot contact seller by email or telephone, and the eBay shop is now empty.

Bit odd as they have been in business since 1976, have been on eBay for years etc.

Does anybody have any experience of using this seller, or have any alternate contact details for them?
