MGF Hood

My MGF Rear flexible plastic screen has a small rip in it.
Anyone know where i can i get it fixed at a reasonable price.
I live in the Cheshire area.

Also my wing mirror internal bar snapped off during the cold weather.
I was going to weld it back on but when i took off the 2 screws that hold the wing mirror on there are 2 blue 0.75mm cables that actually go into the wing mirror.Without dismantling everything anybody have any idea what they are for?

Just a guess, Pretty sure all Fs have heated mirrors.
