MGBGT Suspension problem ?? Advice Needed

I am planning on viewing an MGBGT, 1966 vintage, soon, and have been told by the vendor the only problem is that it sits lower on one side. What could be the cause of this and what sort of costs to resolve - this could be a bargaining point on the asking price. Any other advice welcome. Thanks.

Tends to be the rear springs sagging with age - couple of hundred quid to sort.

As above, although for some reason GTs seem prone to breaking both front and rear springs, could well be a broken spring. Again cheap simple fix same as above. You should do all 4 springs for sub £250 with shopping around. New dampers also very cheap.
