The reason why it looks like the SV is because this is nothing more than the mock up of the X80, the still-born concept that eventualy evolved in to the SV ! This picture dates back to 2001 and all that Auto Express have done is to photoshop it rather than getting off their lazy arses and doing some real journalism. If this car ever makes production i shall eat my ZS molecule by molecule !

By the looks of it, MG-Rover has done all the leg work for this car. I was in on it and it looks like all of the improvements to the car that were mentioned in the meetings we had have been used.
