MG TF 20K serivce
Discussion
Service intervals are based on age as well as milages. On a TF, intervals are every 12 months or 15K miles whichever comes first.
The services are split into 2 types:
Cat A should take place at 12 months/15K, 36 months/45K, 60 months/75K etc
Cat B should take place at 24 months/30K, 48 months/60K, 72 months/90K etc
In addition to this:-
Antifreeze should be replaced every 4 years
Spark plugs should be replaced every 4 years
Fuel filter should be replaced every 4 years
Cam belt/s should be replaced every 60K/4years (also recommeded to change belt tensioner and water pump at same time)
Brake fluid should be changed every 24 months (regardless of milage)
Gearbox oil should be changed every 105K
So for a 2004 car you can add cam belt, brake fluid, plugs, fuel filter and anti-freeze to this years service itenery.
