You can use the sd1 box but obviously it isn't the same box, as far as I am aware the Bv8 box is unique, which is why they are so expensive.
MGC boxes are also rare but were fitted to one other car that being the Austin 3 litre, not sure what healey boxes are like I think they are different.
However your in luck, as the MGB, MGC and MGBv8 boxes are all the same essentially, the only major difference being the case. Usually unless you've really munched it an MGB box can be used to rebuild a v8 or c box. And MGB boxes tend to be in good condition and are cheap, also depending which bits you need the non overdrive box can be used as a donor and they are silly cheap as no-one wants them. Incidentally the only difference between overdrive and non overdrive boxes is the rear extension, gearlever remote, and rear mainshaft (and O/D) so if you have a scrap O/D box with good O/D unit you can build it all on to a non overdrive box and repair the problem for pennies.
Simple answer to your question. No. So you either have to spend big money or change it for a rover/ford/toyota box or rebuild.
