If you can find one (and no, you can't have mine) go for a 260 instead of a 190.
70-odd more horses, RWD and a 4.6l V8. What's not to like?
It's pretty thirsty, but then the 190 isn't particularly abstemious either, so I'm guessing if that was a major concern, you'd be asking us what we thought of the diesel?

I've had a ZTT 190+ for the past few years. Taken it to 92k miles now. No problems to speak of. Great distance muncher. Can be thirsty round town. I love mine to bits.
The only documented problems I am aware of for the breed as a whole are:
1, Check bulkhead drains are not blocked with crap (an easy job once you know how, but blockages lead to flooding leads to dead ECU
2, VIS motors can malfunction - a ten minute one screwdriver repair job
3, Fuel pumps can unscrew - most cars will have had the recommended mod for this by now so little worry here
4, Nope, I think thats about it!
Buy a bargain and enjoy!
